Sandstarr East lead by its manager member CDR Construction, Inc. has built more than 1,100 homes in California, New Mexico and Ohio in the past 20 years including the highly successful Sandstarr Home projects in Lancaster and Rosamond California, most recently, Atlantic Park in West Lancaster.

Our goal is to provide quality homes with the amenities new home buyers expect included in the sales price and to make the new home purchase process a pleasant experience. Our “Standard Features” are other Builder’s “options”

 

Sandstarr East Subdivision is located at 17^th Street East and J-8 in Lancaster, California.
